Local Storage: The majority of your data, including baby profiles and sleep records, is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure data storage mechanisms. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up to iCloud.

iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud backup on your device, your SleepSpot data may be included in your iCloud backup. This is encrypted and protected according to Apple's iCloud security practices.

Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

SleepSpot is designed for use by parents and caregivers to track their children's sleep patterns. While the App stores information about children, this information is entered and controlled by the parent or caregiver, not by the child directly.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The baby profile information stored in the App is considered the parent's data about their child, not the child's personal data.

Your Rights and Choices

• Deletion: You can delete your baby profiles and all associated data from within the App's settings
• Notifications: You can control notification preferences in the App and in your device settings

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Sleep data and baby profiles remain on your device until you delete them. If you uninstall the App, local data is removed from your device (iCloud backups may still contain this data according to your iCloud settings).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
